    Creative Calm is a balm for an anxious and busy mind.     Goal setting can be pretty dull (SMART goals, I’m looking at you), but this session of Dream, Design, Do gives you the chance to use creative techniques to envision, plan and achieve your personal and professional goals.

    Words for Wellbeing

    Words for Wellbeing combines the sweet spots between writing, health and wellbeing and promotes writing as a way to spark creative health.

    Delivered in various IRL formats or as a self-guided ebook which can be downloaded, the content covers various forms of writing including journaling, creative non-fiction, fiction and poetry, as well as narrative medicine.
