Weβre living through a mental health crisis. Finding tools to support and prioritise our mental wellbeing, manage anxiety and holistically take care of ourselves has never been so important. Creativity is one of the most overlooked tools for building resilience, developing self-compassion and improving our overall wellbeing. The session combines creative life coaching and the joy of creativity with the essential practice of self-care.

Experience the benefits of mindfulness through creativity and recognise its impact on reducing anxiety, improving problem solving and enhancing focus
Develop a toolkit personalised to their needs and interests for a sustainable creative wellbeing practice beyond the session
