Eight Creative Habits for a Happier You
It’s a tough time to be a human in the world. We often find ourselves muttering ‘what the f*ck’ several times a day, We’re stagnated, we’re anxious, we’ve got tunnel vision, problem solving feels fudgey and we’re burnt out. We’ve tried all the usual wellbeing techniques but we’re still just not feeling quite right.
And I’ve tried all of the things. I’ve meditated. I’ve done breathwork. I’ve been on retreats. I’ve had a regular yoga practice. I walk a lot. I read a lot. I try to carve out space for my own self-development. I love all of these things - so much! But they’re not always accessible to everyone. But the one thing I continually return to to support my wellbeing? Creativity. And for good reason.
