Who Am I?
And more importantly - who am I to help you? Because when you’re searching for a coach, that’s what you need to know.
So I’m Alice (often known as AMP). I’m an EMCC accredited coach and Mental Health First Aider.
I became interested in coaching when I started to explore how people could use the arts to tell their story and how that could help them heal. That led me to exploring the idea of creative health - basically how we can use our creativity to support our overall wellbeing. There’s tonnes of research out there which shows us how beneficial creativity is to our health, but we don’t always know how to tap into that. That’s why I do the work I do.
I work with compassion, curiosity, creativity, courage and authenticity in mind. I show up with empathy and work to help you solve whatever problems you’re bringing to the table.
Coaching isn’t about having someone give you the answers (soz). It’s about giving yourself the space to explore what you need to and having someone on your side to ask you the questions you really need to be asked. Then you’ll be able to figure out what’s going on in your mind.
We’ll set goals for our time together and I might give you ‘homework’ but it’s on you if you want to do it or meet them. I’m not here to give you a hard time. We do that to ourselves enough. I’m just your humble guide, an inquisitive participant in your journey and your hearty cheerleader.
I’ve worked with CEOs, interns, project managers and people from all sorts of backgrounds, roles and walks of life.
Whoever you are, if you’re interested in coaching, creativity and taking care of your wellbeing, I’d love to help.
